In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 10 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it in, unused, unopened and undamaged in any way, The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, For items valued over £50 we recommend you use a tracked service.
After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund this will take no longer than a day unless arrival is a friday or a weekend these returns will be dealt with the next working day (Monday).
The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement, for Paypal payments usually 2 to 3 days to appear in your account..
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 10 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
